Fairings

Fairing kit order cancellations are very infrequent, but if it occurs, you can cancel your fairing order the same-day before we start production at no extra cost. Because we make each fairing kit from scratch and are made-to-order, we will charge a mandatory, non-refundable $199 restocking/time/materials fee for full fairing kit orders and a 50% cancellation fee for partial fairing kit orders if you cancel your order during production. With every single fairing kit made-to-order per each customer’s request (and many fairings being custom designs) we cannot accept returns as we are unable to resell them. We will however, replace any fairing piece free of charge if there's a production mistake or if any fairing pieces incur damage during the shipping process and is reported to our support team with photos within 48 hours of delivery. 

Lastly, for all of our injection-molded fairing kits, we do guarantee a 100% fit. For the select few kits that are compression based (labeled in the fairing kits description on the product page), they often require manual modification in order for them to fit correctly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% fit for compression based kits and all sales are final for these models. Also, keep in mind that we have the world's largest selection of fairing designs with over 50,000 original fairing & custom fairing designs to choose from and counting!

Helmets, Gear & Accessories

For motorcycle helmets, goggles, backpacks, bolt kits, windscreens, helmet covers and accessories, we will replace any item that is delivered damaged, as long as you notify us of the damage with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery. To avoid return & exchange requests due to improper sizing, please very carefully review the sizing charts for each piece of motorcycle gear you purchase (which you can find on the products page), prior to ordering. Customers are responsible for the cost of returns. If you have any questions on sizing, please contact our support team.
